PROJECT DESCRIPTION

FPBH worked closely with the developers to perform the total planning for 224 lots, and fast track the first phase of construction.

Special features in this high-density development included the myriad of public utilities, street design, and drainage and storm detention, to create an upscale manufactured housing land lease community.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Located South of North Vernon, FPBH, Inc., has participated in the design and development of this upscale Major Rural Subdivision since its inception.

Constructed in three phases, the latest phase included a small lake, and a new entrance from State Highway 7, which created a central thoroughfare and allows this addition of 114 lots a second access to the highway.

Lots are all well over an acre in size, and were layed out with natural topography, and premier home location the driving force in the design.
